\ Robb Stark's Sword
"This sword is fantastic, I just got it today, shipping was very fast and everything came in great shape. Mine is #135/2500. It looks great and when you hold it in your hand it will make you feel like the King Of The North yourself. It has a very good feel to it and overall I am very happy with this purchase."

"Just received Robb Starks Sword #173 today and I almost didn't want to take it out of the box because the all black iron throne box looked amazing! Out of the box the sword felt amazing and well balanced. 100% what I expected from the sword and it hangs on the wall next to ICE and NEEDLE. Now to find LONGCLAW! Robb Starks Sword is a must have to anyone who is a collector or even just a fan. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!"

"#4 just arrived today and is already squeaky clean and freshly oiled! Robb Stark's Sword, or Lionsbane as I call it, is without a doubt the finest weapon in my collection. Feels perfect in the hand and is beautifully crafted. I could not be happier with this purchase!!"

"Just got my sword today #40 out of 2500. It is a fantastic piece. Shipping was great and was well protected. It is a great looking sword on the site and is better in person. Take the time to unpack the sword correctly. It is shipped with a protective lubricant on the blade and use a clean cotton cloth to wipe it off. Make sure to take the time to really buff out the blad and get all the shipping gel off to give it an excellent shine. I cannot say how pleased I am with this sword and Valaryian steel. I am really looking forward to when they release the scabbard. For now, it is going is hanging nicely on the plaque in my home office, it looks fantastic."

"Received #87 today in the UK - super fast after ordering it last Thursday so well done VS on getting it to me this quickly. The sword is absolutely beautiful - simple lines, elegant, beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. Very, very happy with it."

"Just from the artwork on the box I could tell that this was something special and once I opened it up it did not dissapoint. The balance of this sword is perfect. The packaging of this product was very well done! Great job VS. The handle feels just right and the blade looks beautiful. It is the same one Robb carries in the series and I could not be any happier. Even the wall plaque is done very well with the Stark sigil covering the whole plaque. The only downside is the polish on the sword was pretty hard to get off and it took a good 30 minutes of rubbing with a cloth to get it nice and smooth. I have Ice and Longclaw but I'd have to say this is my favorite one so far. Now I can't wait for the HBO Ice. If you're a fan of the series then dont hesitate and get one before they are all gone. 5 stars!!!"

"Received the Sword on Wednesday. Mine is #22/2500. After I admired the Box Artwork I finely had the sword in my hands. It is a beautiful crafted sword without any gimmicks. It feels well balanced and is not to heavy to handle. A MUST HAVE for GoT Fans. Now only the Longclaw is missing in my Collection."

"677/2500 is now hanging and looks amazing. I would recommend it for any collector and fan of the series. I did notice that the certificate of authenticity is not signed and wondered if anyone else had a similar issue. Regardless another great product from V.S."

"This sword is as epic as the books and the series! It feels more sturdy than certain other well known company\'s prop and historical replica swords. I have to say I am extremely pleased with this purchase and cannot wait for my next."

"So I went and got some metal polisher and it cleaned up the sword no problem. Now it gleams and looks beautiful on my wall."

The king in the north arises.
"#1132 Arrived in the north of England today, the blade is magnificent with great weight and balance. Thank you valyrian steel! There's a couple of minute blemishes on the hilt and blade, and the pommel is slightly off centre but who cares? Overall I am ecstatic with my purchase; can't wait for the scabbard."

"Simply stunning, as excellent as the rest of them, the only niggle I have is that when it arrived the protective plastic was stuck to it and a sticky clear residue remained, however it cleaned off pretty easily, just not sure why it was there in the first place as none of the others had that. As always though excellent product by VS, and it nicely rounds off the Stark collection, just got the TV Show Ice left in September and then that's the Stark's done. Then I have to decide if I want to get the Baratheon Hammmer and any other subsequent releases.... Decisions, decisions, but This is well worth buying."

"I just received my Robb Stark sword yesterday evening. I love it!! The full tang provides excellent balance. I own several Marto and United Cutlery swords, but this sword blows them all away in terms of balance and functionality. Incredible quality. I also had some some smear on the blade from the packing, but I applied some Metal Glo, and after about 10-15 minutes with a microfiber cloth, the blade shown like a mirror! I'm very pleased with my purchase, and can't wait for the scabbard to be released. Hope they don't make it too pricey!"

Very Nice Quality Replica
"Received mine in the mail yesterday and I am quite pleased. I have nearly every Lord of the Rings sword released by United Cutlery and this sword compares well to them. This sword is well balanced and well constructed in addition to looking beautiful and true to the show prop.
Like many others, I was a little surprised at the residue on the blade when I opened mine. It is simply a protective layer that can be removed with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or some Metal Glo if you have it around. However, this layer served a purpose. This is not a stainless steel replica, but carbon steel, and is thus in need of greater care to prevent rust. Regularly clean the blade or consider getting a product like Ren. Wax, blade oil, or silicone wipes."

If you have plastic melting on your blade ...
"I too had the problem with the plastic melting onto my sword, but with about half an hour of wiping it down with a wet cloth and then drying it with a dry one, the blade was shining perfect. A few days later and it's all good so I would really recommend buying this, it looks great next to Ice! It feels great to hold as well, perfect size for me XD"

"Just got #0596 today and am very impressed, I will definetly be buying the scabbard."

This sword is simple clean and shiny, i like the fact that it's simple makes it feel like your holding a longsword ready for battle. I had no problems with the residue on the blade when i unpacked mine, I just used some metal glo to shine the blade and then applied some renaissance wax for the finish. Being full tang the sword feels nice and sturdy. Again i managed to get GRRM to sign my wall plaque and the Certificate for this sword while he was on tour in Aussie for Supanova. Thanks heaps VS your craftsmanship is unmatched for bringing us these amazing replicas.

"Just received my sword today, absolutely stunning, great weight. Recommend to all as a tribute to the King in the North. 10/10 product"

"I was overly impressed by this sword and am more than happy with it, and do not ever wish to part with it, the plaque was sadly damaged, within a day of informing this company they sent a replacement which I got today, it too was a little scuffed but not to bad, I just wish they would put a little bit of bubble wrap around the mounting bolt and screws, overall, great costumer service and fantastic product."

"Just received sword 876/2500. Truly a fantastic piece. The North Remembers!"

"This sword is absolutely gorgeous in its simplicity. Its a functional, practical, and deadly looking piece that I'd expect the King in the North to carry into battle. My only issue with the sword is the length of time it had sat in storage caused the plastic wrap protecting the sword had clung rather tightly to the oiled blade. I had to clean the sword immediately, but all of the oil Valyrian Steel put on the blade came right off with a bit of steel wool and polish."

"My dear friend was married last Saturday. For each in his wedding party he provided the ROBB STARK Sword. Owning several swords already from rapiers to German Side Swords to Basket Hilt Scots Swords I must say I love this sword. Well made and fine steel."

"#750 It is wonderful. Unlike others you can't tell it is GOT unless you mount it with the direwolf plaque. The brass and weight give the sword an authentic feeling. Overall it is a great piece to add to any sword collection."

"Received my sword on the same week that Robb got stuck with the pointy end!! hahaha well that is how GoT rolls.. The sword is really great though, feels good in your hands. What should I clean the plastic wrapping stuff off with though?? A couple of other people have mentioned this and I have a similar stickiness on the blade..."

"I recieved #34 about a week ago, and I was very saddened when I opened the package, and found that the sword has what seems tobe plastic melted onto it. When the sword comes, the blade is wrapped tightly in plastic. The plastic on mine somehow managed to stick to the sword, and leave these ugly marks. Not my sword looks awful and plasticy... I seem to be the only person with this issue, but regardless I shouldn't have any issue with the sword."

"This just arrived today for me and I was blown away with the quality here. I own a few UC LOTR/Hobbit items and this one was just as great if not better! I would say its better because of the quality of materials used (carbon steel, full tang construction) plus the fact that it is limited to 2500 pieces adds to that value too.
I also had the residue on the blade, but used warm water with dish detergent and it came right off. Then I cleaned it with clean water and dried it thoroughly with a cotton cloth. Looks great mounted on the wall!"

"Jake I had the same problem. Just use a soft cloth and really rub this sword over and over. Eventually it will come off but it will take about 30mins and a tired arm when finished. Afterwards buy some metalglo or go to auto shop and get metal polish. That should shine it up nice for you."

Comment: Packing Goop on Sword
"Jake, I had the same issue as well, I just had to rub the sword over and over for about an hour to get it nice and shiny and now its looks great."

"I recently received Robb Stark's Sword #1361 of 2500, and it is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do not nearly do it justice. The blade shines like starlight. The balance is perfect, it's not too heavy, and the rayskin makes for a great grip. Kudos to Valyrian Steel for producing such a high-quality product! Can't wait to mount some lion heads on my wall next to it...
Note: I also have some plastic residue on the blade, but will be dealing with that shortly."
