We are pleased to announce we have acquired exclusive rights to produce weapon and armor prop replicas from the HBO® series Game of Thrones®. We will begin manufacturing these items while continuing to work on the “A Song of Ice and Fire” book replicas we already produce. We are very excited about the ability to pull from the designs the prop designers on the show have come up with. We have already started work on the Bran Assassination Dagger, the Hound’s Helm, a Stark Infantry Shield, and Robb Stark’s Sword, which we hope to have out by the end of the year. Many are likely wondering if we plan on producing show versions of the book swords we have already done, the answer to that is yes, we intend on eventually doing that.

I can’t wait! At this rate, I’m going to dedicate a whole room in my house to ASOIAF!

  3. Will you be making any limited Damascus versions from the show?

  4. Will you be making the show’s version if Ice?

Would also love to see Blackfyre and/ or Dark Sister.

I would love to buy a Maester’s chain, if that is not too small an item for your production.

  6. A Maester’s chain may not be considered armor, which is what our license allows. We will be making Ice eventually. We cannot make items under the show license that are not from the show (Blackfyre/Dark Sister). We could make those under the book license, but do not want to as they have not received any significant “page time.” @Grant yes, but not everything.

@Valyrian, I would really like to see Gendry’s Bull Helm in addition to The Oathkeeper everyones drooling of. How about the Red Viper’s spear?

  8. Will Jaime Lannister’s sword and Robert Baratheon’s sword be coming out? Those are two really awesome swords in the show.

  9. Definitely looking forward to seeing a show version of Longclaw! And of course the House shields!

  10. How close to the show’s weapons will your versions be?

Will it be exact in terms of length, width, thickness, etc?

From what I remember, Ice on the show is MASSIVE, longer even than the current Damascus version being sold.

    Dennis

  11. Pretty exact, but it isn’t that much bigger than the one currently being sold. Having held both side by side now, its like 2 or 3 inches.

  12. Dennis on February 4, 2012 at 7:19 pm said:

    Thanks for reply.

I have to say that I like your design for Ice better. Maybe it’s the limitations of shooting for a T.V. series but the Ice on the show has a very common run of the mill appearance. Looks basically just like a big sword, nothing more.

Maybe that fits in better with the utilitarian, no frills personality of the Starks or HBO’s vision of “reality behind fantasy” but your design from the book just seems more in line with “high fantasy” especially with the look of the pommel.

  13. OMG I WAS JUST ABOUT TO POST this about Arya Stark’s Needle. I was going tocoplain it looked nothing liek the one in the show, but I didn’t realize you based the appearance on the books. I might think of purchasing the HBO Needle :)

Will you guys be making the blades of Daario?

  15. Wow…that is totally awesome Valyrian Steel! This opens up so many great possibilities. I can’t wait! I love the ideas of what you have planned, but why Robb’s sword? To me it just kind of seemed like an ordinary norman/arming sword. That being said, i’ll still probably buy it! Some suggestions would be: a Knight of the Vale shield, Gendy’s helm, and I don’t know how far you want to get into suits of armor, but a kingsguard, gold cloak, and Lannister guardsmen suits of armor would be awesome. Also an arakh, Khal Drogo’s knives, Visery’s cool falchion-ish sword, and Jaime Lannister’s sword and dagger, (you could ask Jory Cassel about the specifications, he got a good “look” at it). For next season, depending on how they look, you could do an entire Unsullied outfit: spear, shield, short sword, spiked helm, sandals, tunic.
Also, this might be just way too obscure but as i was re-watching the episode when the hill tribes attack Catelyn and Tyrion, at the end of the fight, Bronn walks towards Tyrion and he has a badass looking kukri in his belt which could be pretty cool.

One more thing, this is not relating to the show, but Victarion Greyjoy’s kraken helm and cloak from the books would be sweet.

  16. Just another thought. Rhaegar’s ruby encrusted armor would be an amazing piece to display. :)

  17. Daario’s “girls” are something we’re quite excited about for the future.

  18. jasper on February 5, 2012 at 4:10 pm said:

Is there any idea on when concepts of the “girls” will be in the works? I would love to be able to get a pair of my own in the future.
Also is there any idea when Bran’s assassination dagger will be announced for preorders?

  19. We would like to do a show version of the “girls” so that entirely depends on when the Daario character is introduced.

    On the assassination dagger, no.

  20. Good news

In terms of the armour, will you be releasing any leather armour that many characters wear? And would these be display items, or possibly wearable versions, as I am involved in medieval re-enactment.

    Love your work.

What about scabbards for your existing swords

  23. Jaime Lannister’s sword from the show!!!

  24. I assume you won’t have to make an HBO version of Longclaw in that they used your version of the sword in the 1st season. By the By was that Longclaw the prototype sword you sold recently (the person who got it probably will want to tape that episode and flaunt that fact it was used in the show if that was the case) anyway this may be an obvious answer just double checking in case there is an HBO longclaw you will make that I am unaware of.

  25. Sorry Brad, that isn’t the case. HBO used a sword similar to ours (seeing as how we both worked from the same source material) but it wasn’t the same sword. They had their own original design on it.

  26. Are there any plans to make Jamie Lannister’s sword from the show or are you going to wait and see their design for oathkeeper(i thought the sword from the show looked similar to what I’d imagine oathkeeper would look like)

  35. GRRM’s head Devin, we work closely with him to design the swords.

  36. I’m really looking forward to seeing pics of Oathkeeper and the Hound’s Helm.

  37. I’m really excited for the hounds helm, if it looks anything like the GoT tv series with functioning visor it will be epic! I realize that it is in production, but do you have any idea on pricing?

I have to say, I own a Valyrian Steel Ice and I love it, it has a place of honour in my collection…

But since I first read the books, there is one weapon from a Song of Ice and Fire that I want more than anything: Dawn, the sword of Ser Arthur Dayne, Sword of the Morning.

The most famous sword in Westeros, from the greatest swordsman mentioned in the books, who met such an unnecessarily tragic end.

    It just speaks to me.

When do you plan on unveiling some of the new hbo Designs? And from what i saw on the show the lenghts of swords usally are the same, but the blades do appear to be alot thicker than the Longclaw and Ice being produced for the books. Will the hbo versions be more expensive if they are in fact heavier and thicker?

  44. I pre-ordered Robert’s war hammer, just curious if you have a ballpark estimate of when that is coming out. Also, any info or first looks at some other stuff coming our way soon? I saved the most important for last. I don’t know what kind of source material you could look at to design it, but I think that if you took a poll the most popular piece you could make would be Arthur Dayne’s sword Dawn. It would definitely be a best seller and would be the ultimate fan pleaser. Please make Dawn.

  45. I would love you guys forever if you stuck to making Oathkeeper. I also think making the Hound’s Helm is a wicked idea.

Wow im surprised theres still alot of needles left. Hmm maybe the production run for the swords should be 1,000 for each item moving forward. You figure youd sell them all out within 1 year or less and it’ll make the rest of the items coming out even bigger sellers since they tend to go fast.

  51. Will the HBO reproductions be “battle ready”? I know that term is somewhat loathed, but basically asking if it can be swung around without fear that it’s going to break apart from the force. I have some wall hangers that would be really dangerous to swing, much less make contact with something.

  52. I would love the Mountain’s Irish ring pommel styled greatsword. I also hope the blades are battle ready.

  55. This isn’t finalized yet, but the dagger will be damascus, not full tang, come sharpened already, with a faux-dragon-bone (synthetic) grip, and 24k gold plated metal parts. Stark shield more up in the air, probably high carbon steel, very functional and wearable.

I know everyone wants Dawn as do I but this is really hard to make right.

The thing looks like MILK GLASS but is a match for Valyrian steel.

It’s badass in the books but how is this going to look in real life?

I guess Valyrian can make it literally out of milkglass but that would mean an extraordinarily fragile display piece and the risk of breakage would be huge. Otherwise, not sure how you can make steel look like that . . .

  83. Christian on May 19, 2012 at 9:13 pm said:

Though I do think the book designs are great, honestly, maybe because they had less input from Mr. Martin, but the HBO swords can and are easily real swords. By this I mean, there are plenty of Lord of the Rings Sword designs floating around, but Peter at Weta took these designs and said, “Let us make these look like they came out of a museum.” The HBO Ice is much more of the sword of a stoic northern man and the needle (which my wife wants to buy so desperately) is more proportioned to a 12 year old.

With all that in mind, the only thing that would hold me back from purchasing many if not all of the HBO replicas would be functionality. Windlass Steelcrafts, Hanwei, and Darksword Armory all make fully functional high carbon steel and some Damascus swords anywhere from $200-$500. Hell, I got my functional Robin Hood Sword for $125.

In short, I WANT FUNCTIONAL! I love, and I mean love! Lord of the Rings. But I refuse to buy a licensed rat-tail tang stainless steel blade for more than $150. And I have never paid more than $150, including shipping for any of my 9 LOTR United Cutlery Swords.

I personally am willing to pay more for functional, but most people’s budget can’t soar into the range of the overpriced Albion lifestyle. As an avid reader of the books before the show, the show brought everything I read to the screen. I am excited for these products to be released, especially Needle for the wife’s sake. I sure just hope that they are functional…

  84. You’ll like Robb’s sword then. But you know, there is nothing “unrealistic” about our book swords. Longclaw is a very standard type X sword, Ice follows standard geometry as well, though perhaps wider than normal as described in the books, and while Needle is unique in size, there is nothing fantastical about it. It isn’t sized for a 12 year old girl though of course, because in the books Arya isn’t that old. What is fantastical about them? An animal head pommel can be found on swords in museums. Writing on a crossguard can be found on swords in museums (and on swords from LOTR). The white leather (which was GRRM’s idea) on Ice I have never seen elsewhere, but I think that merely makes it unique, not unrealistic. Granted, overall, our Ice is fancier than the show Ice, but the Starks are far wealthier, descendants of kings who ruled half a continent for over a thousand years, in the books than on the show. We, with GRRM, decided to make it like a king’s ceremonial sword – because that is exactly what it is. As for price, remember United Cutlery went bankrupt, also remember gas was less then $2 a gallon when those swords were done, the dollar is a lot weaker now and it buys less. Also, none of those swords came with JRR Tolkien’s autograph ;)

  85. Christian on May 21, 2012 at 4:55 pm said:

The main thing “unrealistic” about the swords is the complete un-functionality of stainless steel in sword form. Correction: Arya 9 at start 10-11 when she becomes an assassin. Nevertheless, Needle’s crossguard is wider than Ice’s. Just in my humble opinion, I think Ice’s crossguard is much too short for such a large sword. Given the line that Jorah Mormont’s line about why long-swords are more effective at piercing plate armor. Although there are quite a few examples of swords with Ice’s massiveness and shorter cross-guards, the majority have longer cross-guards. Of course it is always personal opinion and who am I to just criticize the Author’s designs, yet I think Ice’s cross-guard is much too small for the size of the sword and the writing is much to big on the short cross-guard. I do love the Stark Embellishment in the middle of the two-handed grip though and the pommel is one of my favorite styles. With Longclaw, there is nothing particularly wrong with it, I always felt the pointed edges (similar to the Ringwraith LOTR swords, hence why I do not own those) are very “fantasy.” There are a few museum examples of those styles. As with a few other people in this thread, I find the wolf’s head to look a bit large on the end of the pommel. But since the blade is so wide it is necessary. At the same time HBO was lazy and didn’t make Longclaw triple fullered like Mr. Martin describes.

On the topic of United Cutlery, although they went bankrupt, they were bought by BUDK and still all of their stainless wall-hangers are under $200, right now May 2012, directly from the manufacturer. As for autographs, I personally think the magic in autographs is walking up to the person and meeting with them while getting it, so I am 100% willing to lower the cost of the sword not to have Mr. Martin’s signature. I personally would rather meet the man and thank him for such amazing writing.

Lastly, I’ll say it again, I really enjoy the book designs of the swords and the plaque art is way better than most of the Windlass Steelcrafts licensed ones. When I read the books, I just saw Needle as more of a fencing sword (similar to HBO’s interpretation), and Ice was somewhere in between HBO’s and your interpretation (I do indeed love the white leather wrap). Just for me, and I know many others, with the Hobbit coming out and all that merchandise along with all these Super Hero films ect. This year is the year of collecting for the Uber Nerds. For me, I can only and only want to spend my limited funds on not only great looking licensed prop replicas but functional ones. High Carbon Steel for the non-Valyrian steel swords and there are quite a few chemical agents that the damascus steel could bathe in to darken them. Beyond that: full tangs (or very close to it), the hilts and pommels need to be steel as well to support functionality. Now, I know this company is smaller and more customer care oriented than say Windlass Steelcrafts. So I am not expecting functional swords for under $230 like Windlass makes, but I would be willing to pay more for a functional sword.

Anyways, what am I saying all this for, your company sells United LOTR swords as well. Heck if you need any apprentices, I would love to be the one folding my own damascus steel Longclaw!

  86. Ice isn’t a Longsword. If you’re comparing it to say, a Claidhmore or a Scottish Lowlander, something that was used more like a pike than a sword, it isn’t accurate. Nor is it a thrusting sword like Needle. It is a ceremonial slashing sword meant for more or less one activity. And Ice has a larger crossguard than Needle, though they’re close in size.

Doing some in stainless or not, you can’t please everyone. When we make a high carbon sword we get complaints about rusting, when we make a stainless sword we get complaints about authenticity. We try to do some both ways.

Longclaw may have a large pommel, but it also has near perfect balance, these two are not unrelated, as you might have realized. Big swords need big pommels if they are to balance, the purpose of a pommel is not just to be pretty, it serves a function. So yes, with the very wide blade, it was needed.

What you might not get, which was my point about UC, there are significant upfront costs in sword manufacturing, all of which UC paid over a decade ago, then they went bankrupt, BUDK bought them, and benefited from the completed work done before. And really, the MSRP on all UC weapons are way above ours, it is just that theirs are sold by more retailers in higher volume that results in more price competition. Way back in the day some people sold UC swords at $5 over wholesale. These people are out of business now, and UC cleaned house of many of their retailers, but that is a big difference.

The other thing is just cost, too. Book Longclaw is very large and was made in 2008. Show Longclaw is significantly smaller, simpler, and will be made in 2012. Costs are around 20% higher for the smaller sword made in 2012 than the bigger sword made in 2008. We’re going to try to not pass that cost on to the customer, but that is the reality of inflation and a weak dollar. So it really isn’t fair to compare swords made a decade apart.

But pricing is a rather moot topic anyway, considering Longclaw and Ice are both almost sold out, so from our standpoint, they’ve been very successful.

You will, however, like some of the HBO props we are making. We’re going to continue trying to please everyone by making some one way, some another. There are full tang high carbon steel swords coming.

  87. Christian on May 21, 2012 at 8:42 pm said:

If Mr. Martin deemed Ice as a ceremonial sword then you guys nailed it. Just from my readings as well as many other Wiki folks recalled that Ice was described as a great sword used in both executions and battle, including Robert’s Rebellion. Looking at actual swords throughout history, ceremonial swords were big, bulky, and very decorated, yes usually for beheading. By all means, if Mr. Martin said this was Ice’s purpose then perfect! I just envisioned it closer to the HBO design: Large, two-handed sword similar to Oakeshott’s Type XXII. A truly devastating weapon both in battle and in justice serving. The actual swinging of swords (unfortunate for Hollywood’s accuracy) severely slowed down with the introduction to two-handed swords. The swinging around a sword as massive as an executioners axe would greatly tire any hero and the fact that slashing is 84% less effective against plate armor, stabbing was the preferred way to kill for an actual chivalrous knight. The slashing was very effective against pikes and shields though.

Of course on materials, I absolutely think there needs to be both types. There are always the lazy people who don’t have a true love for the art and science of swords and metallurgy that don’t do the every couple weeks dust and RenWax your swords. For me it is just respecting the quality artwork I own. There is also, the Unknowing Nerds, like I used to be, who don’t know the difference between a stainless steel wall hanger, a functional Damascus blade still sitting in an un-functional hilt, and a fully functional sword. This is why we see people on TV and youtube getting shards of stainless steel stuck in their limbs.

On Longclaw, which is perfectly balanced, the Damascus or stainless version? Stainless is quite a bit heavier than high carbon/Damascus, so yes, the large pommel would be indeed needed for the heavier blade. I know that some of my stainless LOTR swords are twice as heavy as my high carbon Windlass functionals.

Expense is always an issue for any company. The newer Windlass swords are starting out at $365 and then get discounted where they used to start sub $300. I completely understand and am willing to pay more, as should any collector who truly appreciates this art. Trust me, the US dollar has depreciated 98% of its original value in 1913. We can thank the Federal Reserve for that!

And for your almost sell-outs… congratulations! I like to see smaller companies do well. I like to support them and I still search quite often for your Damascus blades. I think my main point about this whole mess was that if there is a high carbon, full tanger out there, I will buy it, and I will pay more! I am still hunting for the coveted Museum Glamdring from UC and with your last post stating we shall definitely see some function props, the “Song of Fire and Ice Sword Fund” has officially been started!

  90. No news Damon, and no they will not Bryan. GRRM is all signatured out, and his signature will continue to be something that differentiates the book replicas from the show replicas. Being as the book replicas he designs/approves whereas he doesn’t have full control over what HBO prop designers produce for the show.

As described in that article, patterned steel has the beautiful look that Martin based the look of Valryian Steel in the books. More importantly pattern steel/ Damascus when forged correctly with The right hilt and tang in general will make a sword functional. Where stainless steel, although great because it takes a lot to rust, is extremely brittle and will shatter where a real sword will bend and then “spring” back. Of course for functionally collectors have to put more effort in cleaning the swords because the higher carbon content makes them more vulnerable to rust. But I think it is a fair trade to have the satisfaction of owning something that isn’t just a Wall hanger, something that could actually defend you in battle, something you love and take care of. I love waxing my high carbon blades, makes me appreciate what I have and feel one with the blades. Plus it is fun as heck to cut through plastic water bottles, no melons for me be careful the juice will way through your swords!

@ Christian: I saw a Museum Collection Glamdring on ebay a few weeks ago. It was a low number too… #6. I own #271 and would have traded for the lower number but I’m happy with mine and didn’t want to risk trading and winding up with one that doesn’t look as good as mine just to get the lower number. I used to have most of the LOTR UC series but sold all of them except my MC Sting and MC Glamdring. I read some folks have had issues with their MC Glamdrings being slightly curved or bent but mine is flawless. As I’m sure you know, if you keep searching eBay, sometimes one will surface.

Now back to the topic at hand… So happy with my Stainless Longclaw and glad I was able to get one well before they sold out. The price has nearly tripled on eBay and other sites. I would have loved to pick up a Damascus Longclaw but I was too late unfortunately. Will most certainly be on the look out for the Damascus show Longclaw! As for the others, they are all so cool and unique in their own way. Assassin’s dagger sounds pretty sweet as does show Ice… Jaime’s sword would be nice as would Daario’s girls. So much to look forward to!

    @Mike B

I have been talking with many people on the ucforums.com as well as Kit Rae about how they made the Museum Glamdring. The runes on the Museum Glamdring’s hilt are actually not movie accurate. They were switched and printed the wrong direction. Also, he spoke about how fragile it is and the high carbon steel blade had a low rating (making it fragile) mixed with the tang not being fully secured into the pommel. So his rec for everyone was never to hit the MC Glamdring against anything because it has high chances of breaking like rat-tail tang “wall hangers.”

  147. Christian on August 20, 2012 at 11:25 pm said:

    @William

For a sword to be fully functional it NEEDS a FULL tang. Anything less then the blade is NOT fully stable inside a hilt. So yes, you may be able to “swing” it but certainly not cut anything. Honestly, that one video they posted of that girl chopping with one of the book swords was one of the most stupid things I have seen someone do. At anytime the blade could have snapped (because of rat-tail or half tang construction) and doubled back to stab her. Honestly, there is absolutely no reason to buy a high carbon steel damascus blade if it is wasted on a rat tail or half tang hilt. This saddens me greatly, that Valyrian states “Slightly more expensive, Longclaw, because of the highly decorative pommel, cannot be full tang.” Because it is definitely not a fact that they “cannot” be full tang, is that they will not do it. Plenty of other licensed products have been made fully functional with high carbon full tang blades for under $400. I can’t see any reason why Valyrian’s producers “cannot” do it unless they simply lack the skill of producing real weapons.

  148. A full tang is a sword where a tang extends through the top of the pommel and then is either peened flat (like a rivet) or secured with a nut of some sort.

How would you hammer flat a tang extending from the top of the wolf’s head without damaging the wolf head itself? How would you apply a nut so that it wasn’t visible?

A full tang requires the tang to be visible outside of the pommel, so you can’t do it with such a decorative pommel.

Do you think a full tang is just merely a tang that extends all the way to the pommel and is terminated inside of the pommel? That isn’t the correct definition, it has to extend out the back of the pommel. If you think it should merely extend to the pommel to be considered full tang then you should be happy, because our Longclaw is such.

Some people think a rat tail tang means approximately one inch past the cross guard there is a weld, and some really cheap swords (usually knockoffs) are built that way. Sometimes the tang only makes it halfway down the grip, and then is welded. Ours makes it to the pommel itself.

Our next Longclaw based on the show is based on the prop, and the prop isn’t full tang, because it can’t be, because of the decorative wolf head, so the replica will not be full tang either. The Ice prop is full tang, so the replica will be, and Robb’s sword is full tang, so the replica will be. On both if you look in screenshots you can see the nut at the end of the pommel securing the tang. You won’t see a nut on Longclaw.

I won’t claim we know everything about sword construction, so by all means if you know a way to have a tang invisibly erupt from the top of a decorative wolf head without damaging it or being visible, we’re all ears.

Also, in 2600 total pcs, only 1 Longclaw has ever been reported broken, and it had its pommel smashed laterally against a granite countertop.

Like telling Hattori Hanzo he doesn’t know how to make a blade. The only thing I know about tang is the kind you drink, but even I know ownage when I see it.

  151. Christian on August 21, 2012 at 5:38 pm said:

The definition that I use is the same that Albion Swords uses, which of course they make both historical and historically inspired swords, very nice indeed: Full tang — A sword tang that passes the entire length of the grip, and is attached directly to the sword’s pommel.

We mostly see this type of “full tang” historically because it was the easiest way to solidify the blades position in the hilt. Longclaw, would easily be made the same way. Many swords with decorative hilts would have first been made by a blacksmith as a basic sword. Then they would send the sword to a leather and woodworker for the handle, and many times the last worker to work on a sword would be a jeweler that would bling it out. (Of course some blacksmiths were very handy and could do all three!) So Longclaw, historically would have first been made to a basic sword, where the bear head (later wolf head) would be added later. We all don’t need to know much about swords to think that stone/clay/whatever the head is supposed to be carved from would be a terrible material to secure a longsword blade.

    Good little reference: http://www.bladeseller.com/Construction/index.htm

I believe what you are referring to, the whole tang being able to be “seen” out the end of the pommel is an “extended tang” or a “peeled full tang.” Those both would show the end of the tang out the end of the pommel. It must be a difference in definition, because all my swords that are “full tang,” I believe only 2 of them are actually peeled full tangs, the rest are by Albion and Windlass’ definition of full tang: extended the full length of the handle.

The point I was trying to make was not to insult you or your company but the original comment of “Damascus but not full tang” immediately disappointed me because we clearly do not have the same definition of “full tang.” That is why I made it a point to comment at the end that I KNOW your producers are perfectly capable of producing high quality products.

I am extremely excited and re-ignited to know that your Longclaw will indeed be the market’s definition of “full tang” and that if we choose to purchase the Damascus, High Carbon Steel blade, we will have a perfectly “safe” functional sword.

The comment about the video is honestly meant to inform uneducated collectors that their pieces really shouldn’t be used to cut, especially down to a hard surface like the video. Besides the tang construction, stainless steel is much more brittle than high carbon so it can shattered and shard much easier. I have seen people think their $2000 Marto swords are “real” and they end up breaking them. So, again, I am not calling out your products as unsafe or cheap because they certainly are not cheaply made. Just the original versions (particularly stainless) should NEVER be used in the fashion that video had demonstrated. All it takes is someone to live in a humid climate and just a couple nano meter cracks to form in the blade for it to snap when striking something hard. This goes the same for $300-$500 stainless kitchen knives that all the “celebrity” chefs use. Even those with “shorter” blades can snap, but it is exponentially less likely with a blade under 14 inches.

    –Unowned :D

  152. i agree with christian, you first make it a real sword then add the pommel afterwords, for further references look at united cutlery’s glamdring whoever says it cant be done i call B.S.

I know you’ve stated you don’t know how, but you should really make figuring out Dawn a priority if it appears in the books. It hasn’t even appeared yet and already is known to exemplify everything good and chivalrous from Westeros and of all book pieces seems to be one of the most demanded. Please don’t give up on this one if it shows up.

When will it be out for pre order?

Is it going to come with a scabbard or plaque, and will it be stainless or Damascus steel.

Will the scabbard come with the dagger or not?

And lastly how much is all this stuff going to cost..

    Hey guys !!

I’m looking everywhere for Kingsguard and Lannister armor and I was just wondering if you guys were still in the process of creating any, because if so I’d love to get my hand on some, it’s the most incredible armor on the show.

    Thankyou :)

  240. Hi valyrian steel,
I’ve bought the jaime lannister sword recently and found it to be rather loose and rattling, I’d like to know if the tang is threaded to the pommel so that I can tighten it or is there ways to fix it?
    Thanks,
    YP

    • Yes, the tang is threaded to a tubular nut, around which the pommel is glued (the pommel is essentially a decorative nutcap). One thing you can try is injecting epoxy into the grip from the top (through the crossguard) with a syringe.
