13 Thoughts on “Longclaw Scabbard

So excited for this! I think you had mentioned when Longclaw came out that the scabbard would be limited. Is that no longer the case?

  2. The scabbard will not be limited.

  3. Does the Damascus Longclaw, not the HBO version fit this scabbard?

  4. No, only HBO versions fit this scabbard

  5. Can this sheath be slung across your back?

  6. It comes with a belt for wearing around the waist. However, you could theoretically remove the scabbard from the belt and then attach it to a back worn baldric, you’d have to find/make that baldric yourself though.

  7. If I removed it would it damage the metal or leather? Are the belt and sheath just tied and looped together or are they wrought together

  8. I don’t suppose there’s any chance for a book leather and silver banded longclaw scabbard for us old guard, is there?

  9. Ozzie, it is tight, but you canprobably work it free.

T-rev, no, in the books Longclaw is described as having a full metal scabbard, so to do a book replica we’d not be able to use leather, and well, it’d be really really really expensive to make considering the small quantity that would be sold. My recommendation would be to find a leathercrafter to make you an unofficial scabbard

  10. Can I have one for free Hahaha. Saving up for this to match with my damascus longclaw! Next is robs sword. Is there anyway that I can have robs sword sharpened then delivered?

How do you other collectors intent to display the scabbard? I was considering putting Longclaw behind the Stark shield but I haven’t come up with a cool way of displaying the scabbard yet. Any ideas?
