We have the following policies.
1. On preorders your card is charged a full deposit at the time of ordering. This secures your place in line and means we don't have to track you down for payment once the sword comes in, we just need to ship it to you. We do not hold your deposit hostage, you're welcome to a refund of it at any time up until when the product ships.
2. Everything we ship is insured, if it is damaged during shipping, we replace it. It it has a manufacturer's defect, we replace it. If you went out and attacked a tree like it was an ogre not realizing a display sword is not a functional axe, we do not replace it. None of our swords are warrantied to be impervious to damage if you use them as swords, play or real or anything. You start banging metal against metal (or wood, poor tree) and something is going to get broken, chipped, or scratched. Call it character, battle damage, a badge of honor, but it isn't something we warranty against.
3. Standard shipping is ground, or air post for overseas destinations. For expedited domestic air or super fast (and super expensive) international air, you can place your order by phone and we CAN help you.
4. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are abiding by any laws or regulations regarding the possession or purchase of our collectible weapons in their jurisdiction. By making a purchase through our website you are acknowledging that you can legally own the product.
